The aerodynamic attributes of the plane are simply perfect. Power and weight ratio, the most important factor is outstanding thanks to the structure.
The Phantom and the Phantom RG, the retractable gear version are the fastest in their class - the RG version can reach 138 kts!
CAD (Computer Aided Design) - During the fully computerized design process, we finalize every parameter virtually. Our main system is the Solid Edge ST, but we also use the SolidWorks 2007.
The main benefit of the FEA (Finite Element Analyses) inspection which used the Femap and Cosmos systems, is that instead of constly pre-testing, it is based on analysis on a parametric level, so it's easy to model even the most difficult situations without any material costs. The optimization is also fully automatic without any remanufacturing procedures.
After the evaluation of the results, the production process starts. The light and tough body is built according to the drafts. Every component is checked multiple times before installation. During the last check of the body, we use equipment which is able to model dynamic and strategic strains.
After stain testing on the ground, we carefully examine the technoligical properties of the aircraft, including the aerodynamic, aero elastic and structural qualities.
All our ultralight/LSA category aircraft are equipped with rescue parachute.
